   • Please allow up to 14 business for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3. Exchanges

   • We do not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a replacement product may do so by initiating a new purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

   • Items that have been used or worn. 

   • Items without the original receipt.

   • Items returned beyond the 14-day period.

   • Items not deemed defective.
